Networking Activities

We will be hosting networking activities for all delegates attending Amsterdam 2026, offering everyone an opportunity to have a drink and network outside of the event. As is tradition, this will include our Industry Awards Dinner on the evening of the 11th May (invite only). Details to follow!

We recommend avoiding Microsoft Edge where possible.

Yes! If you’re using an IOS device such as an iPhone or iPad, please use Safari. For android devices, we recommend Google Chrome.

This is usually caused by a network restriction (often a company firewall or VPN). Please try the following quick checks:
- Switch to a different network (e.g. mobile data or home Wi-Fi)
- Turn off your VPN (if you’re using one)
- Try a different browser or device

If it works on another network, your organisation’s firewall is likely blocking access. In that case, please contact your IT team and ask them to allow access. If you’re still having issues, contact us at operations@exilegroup.com and we’ll help investigate further.

If you need a quick fix, we recommend switching to a personal device/network. If you miss a session, don’t worry, all sessions are available on demand to Exile Intelligence members.

Go to event URL given in the email. Enter the email address you registered with. Then follow the link from the verification email you receive.

No, the platform is fully hosted through your browser.

Your account can log in on up to two separate devices.

When you first sign in you will be prompted to check/update your details. If you want to update them later, please click on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘settings’. We strongly encourage you to add a photo of yourself. This needs to be 450x450 px or more.

You can view all upcoming sessions via the Agenda tab.

Yes! All sessions will be available to Intelligence Subscribers to watch on demand via the on-demand tab after the event has ended. Not a subscriber? Contact us here for more information: intelligence@exilegroup.com

You can view and contact all guests registered for the event via the Delegate list tab. Please note this will be ready to view from approximately 2 weeks before the event begins and will require a login using the email address you registered with.
