In this networking-based session, we will split the room into roundtables, to discuss how we can work together as an industry to further diversity, addressing questions such as: 

• How do we make opportunities more accessible to a more diverse range of talent?

• How sufficiently has the DE&I agenda evolved beyond just gender in the commodity finance industry?

• How can we boost involvement from everyone in this space, including those who make up the majority of this industry? What actions can allies take to advance equality in the workplace?
